What is Life coaching?

Life coaching is intended to help clients identify issues that prevent them from accomplishing their goals. It is different from mental health therapy or psychotherapy as therapy involves assessing and analyzing the past and present of a client's life and diagnosing for other blockages. Life Coaching is a partnership (defined as an alliance, not a legal business partnership) between the Coach and the Client. 

Coaching is a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires the client to maximize their personal and professional potential. It is designed to facilitate the creation & development of personal, professional or business goals in order to develop and carry out a strategy/plan for achieving those goals. 

In short, life coaching can be that essential bridge you need for your personal success. Life coaching offers targeted help with your specific goals in mind. Individual Journeys (IJ) Coaching helps to motivate you so you can TAP INTO YOUR POWER to achieve happiness and success. 

More Information: 

A life coach does not need a formal education from a university or college to bill you or give you guidance. In fact, they only need a certification that can be obtained online.

IJ Life Coaches do possess a 4 year degree from Florida State universities accredited for mental health compliance. We have experience with various populations and different communities, you are sure to enjoy the expert guidance given by OUR coaches. Our coaches are trained to help you succeed with your goals.
