I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Qualified Supervisor with extensive experience supporting individuals facing a wide range of mental health challenges. With a strong foundation in evidence-based practices and a client-centered approach, I am dedicated to helping people navigate life’s difficulties, build resilience, and improve their overall well-being.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with diverse populations in both clinical and community settings. My areas of focus include anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions. I believe in creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel empowered to explore their experiences and take meaningful steps toward healing and growth.

In addition to providing therapy, I am passionate about mentoring and supervising emerging professionals in the field, supporting their development through ethical and strengths-based guidance.

With over 11 years of experience in the fields of social work and counseling, Mariana has developed a unique approach to Life Coaching that combines evidence-based practices with a client-centered focus.  

Background Experience: Mariana has worked with various populations as a therapist and case manager, as well as providing motivational coaching to so many individuals and their families throughout the years. She has worked in case management and has managed to provide resources to many individuals and families across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties. She has worked with adults, children, teens, elderly, immigrants, substance use, hospital, behavioral units, crisis intervention, groups, domestic violence, low-income,  long term care, and private practice. 

As Mariana continues to grow, she admits that her biggest joy comes from working as a motivational coach. She has a strong desire for empowering women and girls to use their potential to the fullest. To dream big and continue achieving success. 

Education: Mariana earned her Registered Clinical Social Worker Intern license from the State of Florida Department of Health Division of Medical Quality Assurance.  Mariana is a certified life coach as well. She received a Master degree in Social Work from Barry University, Bachelor degree in Psychology from Florida International University, and an Associate degree in Psychology from Miami Dade College. All degrees were earned from universities in Florida that are fully accredited by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE). 

Background Experience: Carla has worked with various populations as a therapist and case manager. She has worked in case management and has managed to provide resources to many individuals and their families across Miami-Dade county. Motivational coaching comes as second nature to her. She has worked with adults, children, teens, elderly, substance abuse, low-income, crisis intervention, groups, domestic violence, long term care, skilled nursing facilities, and private practice. 

As Carla continues to expand her career, she admits that her biggest joy comes from empowering others through self-awareness and inspirational coaching. She has a strong desire for mental health and strives to empower her clients through self-awareness.

Education: Carla received a Master in Science degree in Mental Health Counseling from Barry University, Bachelor degree in Psychology from Florida International University, and Associate degree in Psychology from Miami Dade College. Carla is also a certified life coach. All degrees were earned from universities in Florida that are fully accredited by the Council for the Accreditation of Counseling and Related Educational Programs (CACREP).
