Coaching is an interactive experience where you and your coach discover your goals and your passions and use them to help you create a path to the life you want. Each session is held virtually, unless otherwise arranged, one on one with your coach. During your session, you can discuss with your coach any topics you would like assistance with.

What happens in our sessions stays in our sessions, just like seeing a therapist. IJ coaches all have a mental health background and adhere to ethical standards imposed by the NASW (National Association of Social Workers) as well as ACA (American Counseling Association).
We take our clients' privacy very serious and take every precaution possible to ensure our clients feel secure and protected.
We will never knowingly share or sell your information or details of any sessions to third parties.
Every client must sign a Release of Information prior to IJ releasing any information provided during sessions. After a release of information is obtained, IJ coach will ensure that information is released in the best interest of the client only.
The goal of the phone consultation is to give you guidance and answers prior to your scheduled session.
During the phone call we will get the introductions out of the way to allow more time in your online session to be dedicated to discussing your goals. We will briefly discuss what type of goal we will help you with during the phone call. This will give us an idea of the homework materials we will go over with you during our session. You’ll receive an e-mail with all the required paperwork to be completed within 48 hours. (Don’t worry – your information will be protected by a state of-the-art system with bank-grade encryption.) In some cases, we may not be able (or the best suited) to help you. And we’ll tell you as much.
No worries. We will work with you to connect to your session whether it's by facetime, telephone call, or even in person. We want make sure we are available to you via all platforms. Please communicate with us so we can schedule a better format for the session.
The time that your coaching process will take depends on the complexity of your goals and your commitment and openness to your process. There is no timeline to feel completely satisfied with a specific goal. Ensure you will always receive the best results to feel satisfied. However, coaching is a 50/50 give and take process. We give our input but the result won't be obtained unless all parties (client and coach) inputs their part as well. IJ Coaches will explore all barriers provided during sessions in order to obtain complete satisfaction and a happy client but ultimately best results lie solely with all parties involved.
We accept all major credit and debit cards on our website payment platform. We do not accept medical or health insurance as payment.

Sure, but if you're 18 or older, we'll need to get: their written authorization to charge their credit card; and their signed acknowledgement of understanding that they will not have written or verbal access to any of the content of your sessions without your written consent.
We understand that sometimes sessions are purchased with a specific goal/intent and timeframe in mind. We never want to make our clients feel they have wasted their money. Therefore, you can always transfer the remainder of your sessions to someone else. We want you to get the most out of your money while also allowing us to continue to pursue our goal of spreading love and guidance to others. Transfer request must be made in writing and sent to us via email.
During your session, you are free to talk about any goal, struggle, project, or topic you wish to talk about. Your coach will work with you to achieve the balance and happiness you are seeking. As a client you will be expected to complete your homework in order to discuss during your next session.
All sales are final, but we are happy to reschedule sessions that were cancelled via written communication by email in a timely manner.
We ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule your session.
No-show appointments will not be awarded any grace period and are not eligible for refund or reschedule.
