All sessions are virtual. Enjoy your session from the comfort of your home with our confidential virtual sessions. Be prepared to have a method for note taking.

Once you have reached your goal it's time to graduate!

At this time, you can discuss with your IJ coach other goals you may want to work on. You can always purchase more sessions via the Shop portal on our website.

5. Follow Up

Your coach will provide a follow up phone call within a week or so after your last session to check in and see how you're maintaining your lifestyle.

CANCELLATIONS

We understand that some circumstances are out of our control.

However, we ask that you be respectful of the time IJ staff took to prioritize your session.

We require a minimum of 24 hours written notice if you need to cancel or change the time of your session. We will make every effort to re-schedule sessions that are cancelled in a timely manner.
Cancellations (less than 24 hours) and/or No‐Show appointments are billed to the client for the full amount and are not eligible for refundable.

We encourage you to communicate with us so we can all benefit.
